The question is not whether you can heal. It's whether you want to heal and whether you are willing to do what's required which is to show up for yourself. This is one of the first questions I ask clients that ask to work with me.
My next question is what does being healed look like for you? Some people don't even have an answer for this.
Believe it or not, as I invite people to go deeper into their lives, their emotions and really ask them whether they are willing to heal, some of the time the answer is no.
Why? Because what is required to heal the root cause is to be present with those aspects of self which have been disallowed, disowned, forgotten, buried and silenced. To be willing to see it all, and make peace instead of war. Most people don't even want to look, or consider that they may have this within them. They would rather live life in pain, self hatred and dysfunction.

Their entire identity, their work their marriages their parenting is built on a concept of self that is fear and victim based. And suddenly, they realise there is another way. It is too much to fathom. It is ground shifting. It changes their entire paradigm of reality. Not everyone is ready for that.
Healing is simple but there are no shortcuts. You can manage symptoms and take pills and convince yourself it's normal but deep down, your soul knows there is more, that there is health and joy and harmony available for your body and emotions.
Healing is simple but there are no shortcuts.
The question to ask yourself before you contact me is 1) Am I willing to heal? 2) Am I ready to do what's required to heal the root cause. If the answer to both of those is a resounding YES, then the rest is history in which case, get in touch with me.
